It’s not Christmas without a gingerbread terrarium! Well, you get the point. We make Gingerbread Terrarium probably once a year around Christmas time and has become one of many traditions of this great holiday. How about taking it up a notch this year, and making an edible Gingerbread Terrarium with marzipan for succulents, coconut shavings for snow and cute little cookie cutouts? We came across this ingenious recipe on Molly Yeh‘s blog and thought this would make an excellent party favor or be a super fun activity to do with the kids.
